Spenlytics is a personal finance tracking and behavior coaching app. It is not a bank, financial advisor, or regulated financial institution.

2. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• Provide accurate information during onboarding.
• One account per person.

3. SMS Permission

By granting SMS permission, you authorize Spenlytics to read bank transaction SMS on your device for the sole purpose of expense tracking. This permission can be revoked at any time.

4. Coin & Reward System

• Coins are earned through verified financial behavior improvements.
• Coin values are indicative and may change.
• Coins have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Spenlytics reserves the right to modify the reward system with notice.

5. Financial Information Disclaimer

• Insights, nudges, and recommendations are informational only.
• They do not constitute financial advice.
• Always consult a qualified financial advisor for major decisions.
• Peer benchmark data is anonymized and approximate.

6. Affiliate Recommendations

• We may earn a commission if you purchase a product through our recommendations (insurance, mutual funds, loans).
• This does not affect the price you pay.
• We only recommend products we believe are relevant to your profile.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer or tamper with the app.
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to access other users' data.

8. Subscription & Payments

• Spenlytics Plus is billed monthly at ₹99.
• Cancel anytime from Settings → Subscription.
• No refunds for partial months.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

10. Liability

Spenlytics is provided "as is". We are not liable for financial decisions made based on app insights.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
